RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final unless the artwork is damaged in transit.
To Be Eligible for a Refund in the Case of Damage
First email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged artwork. Include proof of purchase and damage information.
Then return the damaged item and email Heather a photo of your return shipping receipt.
Once received, Heather will issue a full refund including the cost of return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company.There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Buyer is responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, Heather will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, along with tracking and shipping carrier information for the buyer to investigate.
Currently shipping in the U.S only. The price of artwork includes shipping. In the spirit of mindfulness toward our earth, I use recycled, biodegrabale packing materials whenever possible.
