RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final unless the artwork is damaged in transit.
To Be Eligible for a Refund or Exchange
First email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Include proof of purchase and damage information.
Then return the damaged item (return address will be provided via email).
Once received, Heather will ship out a replacement artwork of your choice and of equal value to the original, if available. If a replacement item is not available, you'll be eligable for a refund in the amount of the original artwork. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company.There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Buyer is responsible for lost or stolen packages. Upon inquiry, Heather will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, along with tracking and shipping carrier information for the buyer to investigate.
Currently shipping in the U.S only. The price of artwork includes shipping. In the spirit of mindfulness toward our earth, I use recycled, biodegrabale packing materials whenever possible.
