To Be Eligible for a Refund in the Case of Damage
First email heatherpughcreative@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged artwork. Include proof of purchase and damage information.
Then return the damaged item and email Heather a photo of your return shipping receipt.
Once received, Heather will issue a full refund including the cost of return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company.There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
